1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of socialayze.com and any services provided by Socialayze. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. Questions: socialayze@hotmail.com.

2. The service

Socialayze provides social media marketing services for public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts and posts. We never request or use your password.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the legal majority in your jurisdiction). You must own the account/post you submit or be authorised to promote it.

4. Orders & delivery

• Orders typically begin within minutes and are delivered gradually for safety.
• You must provide accurate public username/URL — we are not responsible for incorrect details.
• Your account must remain public until delivery is complete.
• Do not place overlapping orders for the same account at the same time.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorise the charge of the total amount shown.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Socialayze for illegal content, hate speech, harassment, explicit material, content promoting self-harm, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. Third party platforms

Socialayze is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Each platform sets its own terms; you are responsible for complying with them on your own account.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver on time and offer a 30-day refill where applicable, but cannot guarantee engagement, monetisation, or that delivered metrics stay forever on third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
